Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of alidropstore.com, our educational content and disclosed affiliate links, and any products or services that may be offered under the AliDropstore brand (collectively, the “Services”).

The Services are provided by AliDrop Store LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware, United States (“AliDropstore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our registered office is 1201 N. Orange Street, Suite 7160, Wilmington, Delaware 19801, United States. The business is operated remotely from Serbia.

Please read these Terms before using the website or purchasing the Services. By placing an order or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Services.

1. Our Services

AliDropstore publishes e-commerce educational content, provides Shopify onboarding guidance, and recommends Shopify through disclosed affiliate links. Limited Shopify store setup or digital training services may be offered when their current availability, scope, timing, and price are expressly confirmed. Depending on the written offer or package shown at checkout, direct Services may include:

• access to digital marketing and Shopify training materials;
• setup or customization of a Shopify store;
• store design, branding, and initial product setup;
• onboarding instructions and related support; and
• other digital deliverables expressly listed on the applicable sales or checkout page.

The exact scope of your purchase is the scope displayed on the sales page and at checkout when you place your order. Features or services that are not expressly listed are not included.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase or use the Services. If you purchase on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete order, contact, and onboarding information.

3. Orders, Prices, and Payment

All prices are displayed before checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices do not include third-party charges or taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.

Payments for AliDropstore’s own products and services are processed by the payment method and third-party processor displayed at checkout, which may include Stripe or another supported provider. We do not directly store full payment-card numbers or card security codes.

Your order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and we send an order confirmation or provide access to the purchased digital content. We may decline or cancel an order when payment cannot be verified, the order appears fraudulent, the Services are unavailable in the buyer’s location, or accepting the order would violate applicable law or a third-party platform’s rules. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid directly to us.

You are responsible for any currency-conversion, bank, card-issuer, or third-party fees charged independently of AliDropstore.

4. Taxes

You are responsible for taxes, duties, or similar governmental charges applicable to your purchase, except for taxes imposed on AliDropstore’s own income. Where required, applicable sales tax, VAT, or similar tax may be calculated and collected at checkout.

Nothing on the website should be interpreted as stating that every displayed price includes VAT in every country.

5. Digital Delivery and Store Setup

Digital course access may be provided shortly after payment. Store setup begins after we receive all information, content, selections, and Shopify access reasonably required to perform the work.

Any delivery period shown on the website, including a 24–48 hour estimate, is an estimate and not a guaranteed completion deadline. Completion time may be affected by incomplete information, delayed access approval, requested revisions, third-party platform availability, or the scope of the selected package.

You must review the delivered store and notify us promptly of technical errors or material differences from the purchased scope. Unless the sales page states otherwise, the package does not include unlimited revisions, ongoing store management, advertising management, or guaranteed post-delivery maintenance.

6. Shopify Accounts and Collaborator Access

You are responsible for creating and maintaining your own Shopify account and for paying Shopify subscription fees, domain fees, app fees, theme fees, transaction fees, and any other third-party costs unless the applicable sales page expressly states that a specific cost is included.

To perform store setup, we may request access through Shopify’s official collaborator-access system. You control the permissions granted and may remove our access through Shopify when the work is complete.

Do not send us your Shopify password, payment password, two-factor authentication code, recovery code, full payment-card number, or other login credential. We will not ask you to share those credentials. A Shopify collaborator request code is not your account password and may be used only to request the permissions needed for the purchased Services.

You are responsible for securing your store, enabling two-factor authentication where available, reviewing granted permissions, and removing access that is no longer required.

7. Third-Party Platforms and Services

The Services may work with third-party platforms, including Shopify, Stripe, domain registrars, app providers, theme developers, advertising platforms, and product or fulfillment providers. Those services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, fees, eligibility rules, and availability.

AliDropstore does not control and is not responsible for a third party’s service interruption, policy change, account review, account suspension, payment reserve, payment rejection, app failure, product availability, shipping performance, or decision to approve or reject an account.

We do not guarantee that Shopify, Stripe, an advertising platform, a supplier, or any other third party will approve or continue to support you or your store.

Shopify affiliate relationship

Some links to Shopify are affiliate or referral links. If you follow one of those links and become an eligible paying Shopify merchant, AliDropstore may receive a referral commission from Shopify or its affiliate-network provider. This does not increase the price charged to you by AliDropstore, but Shopify’s own plans, fees, and terms apply separately.

AliDropstore’s recommendation of Shopify must reflect our honest opinion and does not guarantee that Shopify will approve an account or that using Shopify will produce sales, revenue, or profit. We place a clear affiliate disclosure close to applicable Shopify referral links and provide additional information in our Affiliate Disclosure.

Shopify affiliate commissions are separate from payments customers make to AliDropstore through Stripe or another checkout processor. AliDropstore does not process Shopify subscription payments and is not Shopify’s payment provider.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• deciding whether e-commerce and dropshipping are suitable for you;
• reviewing and lawfully operating the delivered store;
• verifying product descriptions, pricing, availability, shipping terms, refund terms, and legal claims before publishing them;
• obtaining licenses, registrations, tax accounts, and permits required for your business;
• complying with consumer-protection, privacy, advertising, intellectual-property, product-safety, tax, sanctions, and other applicable laws;
• selecting lawful products, suppliers, marketing content, and advertising practices;
• paying third-party platform and operating costs; and
• maintaining backups and security for your accounts and content.

You must not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or sanctioned activity.

9. Training Materials and License

Course videos, guides, templates, text, graphics, website content, and other training materials supplied by AliDropstore are owned by or licensed to AliDropstore and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use purchased training materials for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, publish, distribute, copy for third parties, upload to file-sharing services, or create a competing course from those materials without our written permission.

10. Store Deliverables and Customer Content

You retain ownership of content you provide to us. You grant us a limited license to access, copy, modify, and use that content only as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, communicate with you, protect the Services, and comply with law.

After full payment, custom logos or brand assets created specifically for your order may be used by you for your store, subject to any third-party rights disclosed to you. AliDropstore retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, training, processes, tools, reusable templates, know-how, and general design components. Third-party themes, fonts, images, apps, products, and other materials remain subject to their respective licenses.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for all names, logos, images, text, products, and other content you ask us to use.

11. No Earnings or Business-Performance Guarantee

Purchasing the Services does not guarantee revenue, profit, customers, advertising results, supplier approval, payment-processor approval, or business success.

Business results depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, experience, budget, product selection, suppliers, pricing, market conditions, advertising, platform rules, and legal compliance. Examples, testimonials, case studies, or descriptions of possible outcomes are not promises or representations of results you will achieve.

You may lose money and may incur expenses that exceed the purchase price of the Services. Additional information is available in our Earnings and Results Disclaimer.

12. Refunds

Amounts paid directly to AliDropstore are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee. You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after the purchase date by emailing info@alidropstore.com with the email address used for the order and the order number or transaction identifier.

We do not deduct a cancellation fee or a $34.99 service fee from an eligible refund.

The guarantee covers amounts paid directly to AliDropstore. It does not cover charges paid separately to Shopify, Stripe, domain registrars, apps, themes, advertising platforms, suppliers, banks, or other third parties.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time after approval is usually 5–10 business days but may depend on the payment processor or financial institution.

See our Refund Policy for full details. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer right available under applicable law.

13. Support and Communications

Support is provided through the contact method stated on the website, currently info@alidropstore.com. “Lifetime support,” where advertised, means reasonable email guidance related to the originally purchased package while AliDropstore continues to offer that support program. It does not mean unlimited custom development, ongoing store management, advertising management, legal advice, tax advice, or guaranteed response times forever.

We may send transactional communications necessary to fulfill your order, provide access, answer support requests, give security notices, or administer these Terms. Marketing messages are sent only as permitted by applicable law, and you may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services when reasonably necessary because of fraud, payment reversal, unlawful activity, security risk, material breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, abuse of support, or a legal or platform requirement.

Where reasonably possible, we will notify you and provide an opportunity to address the issue. Termination does not give AliDropstore ownership of your Shopify store. You remain responsible for managing access to your store through Shopify.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.

16. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every third-party integration will remain available, or that a store will generate any particular commercial result.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AliDropstore will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, advertising losses, loss of goodwill, or third-party platform actions arising from the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AliDropstore’s aggregate liability arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount you paid directly to AliDropstore for that purchase.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-waivable liability under applicable law.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold AliDropstore harmless from third-party claims arising from content or products you provide, your unlawful use of the Services, your operation of your store, or your material violation of these Terms or another party’s rights. This section does not require a consumer to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Delaware will have jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction or requires another governing law.

Before filing a claim, please contact info@alidropstore.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally. This informal step does not shorten or waive a legal limitation period or a non-waivable consumer right.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, law, or business practices. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. The Terms in effect when you place an order generally govern that purchase, unless a change is required by law or you agree to the updated Terms.

21. General Terms

If a provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of substantially all relevant assets. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.

These Terms, the applicable sales or checkout page, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, the Earnings and Results Disclaimer, and the Affiliate Disclosure form the agreement between you and AliDropstore concerning the purchased Services.
