This Privacy Policy explains how AliDrop Store LLC collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you visit alidropstore.com, purchase or use our products and services, request Shopify store setup, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with AliDropstore.

1. Who We Are

AliDrop Store LLC (“AliDropstore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware, United States. The business is operated remotely from Serbia.

For purposes of applicable data-protection law, AliDrop Store LLC is the controller of personal information covered by this Privacy Policy unless we state otherwise.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through:

  • alidropstore.com and pages that link to this Policy;
  • checkout and payment flows used for our products and services;
  • course access, onboarding, Shopify store setup, and support;
  • email, contact forms, and other direct communications; and
  • cookies and similar technologies used on our website.

Third-party services, websites, and platforms have their own privacy practices. This Policy does not control how Shopify, Stripe, a bank, an advertising platform, or another independent third party processes information for its own purposes.

3. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of information.

A. Contact and identity information

  • name;
  • email address;
  • telephone number;
  • billing address;
  • company or store name; and
  • country or general location.

B. Order and transaction information

  • products or services purchased;
  • order number, date, amount, currency, and status;
  • payment method type and payment-processor transaction identifier;
  • billing and refund information; and
  • communications about an order, payment, refund, or chargeback.

Payments for AliDropstore’s own products and services are processed by the provider displayed at checkout, which may include Stripe or another supported processor. Shopify affiliate commissions are separate referral payments to AliDropstore and are not customer payments processed through Shopify Payments. We do not directly store full payment-card numbers or card security codes.

C. Shopify onboarding and store information

When you request store setup, we may collect or access:

  • your Shopify store URL;
  • a Shopify collaborator request code;
  • store preferences, selected niche, branding choices, and product preferences;
  • content, logos, images, product information, and instructions you provide;
  • the limited areas of Shopify administration that you authorize through collaborator permissions; and
  • technical and support information needed to perform the requested setup.

A collaborator request code is not your Shopify password. Do not send us passwords, two-factor authentication codes, recovery codes, payment passwords, or full card details.

D. Communications and support information

We collect messages, attachments, feedback, refund requests, survey responses, and other information you send when you contact us.

E. Device, usage, and technical information

We and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • IP address;
  • browser and device type;
  • operating system;
  • date and time of access;
  • pages viewed and referring pages;
  • approximate location derived from IP address;
  • cookie identifiers and advertising identifiers; and
  • website performance, security, and error information.

F. Marketing information

We may collect email-subscription status, marketing preferences, campaign interactions, and information about how you reached our website.

G. Affiliate and referral information

When you follow a Shopify affiliate link, Shopify and its affiliate-network provider may collect referral-link identifiers, cookie or device identifiers, click information, and information about whether the referral results in an eligible Shopify subscription. AliDropstore may receive referral reports and commission information, which can include transaction or referral identifiers, date, status, amount, and the referred merchant’s country or market. We do not receive the merchant’s full Shopify payment-card information.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as government identification numbers, biometric data, health information, or financial-account passwords through the website. Please do not send such information unless we specifically request it for a lawful and necessary purpose through a secure method.

4. How We Collect Information

We collect information:

  • directly from you when you place an order, complete an onboarding form, contact us, request a refund, or provide Shopify access;
  • automatically through cookies and similar technologies;
  • from payment processors regarding payment status and transaction metadata;
  • from Shopify when you authorize collaborator access;
  • from Shopify or its affiliate-network provider regarding eligible referral activity and commissions;
  • from service providers that help us operate, secure, analyze, or market the website; and
  • from public sources where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, verify a business, or protect legal rights.

5. How and Why We Use Information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

Providing the Services and performing our contract

  • processing orders and payments;
  • providing course access and digital deliverables;
  • setting up or customizing a Shopify store;
  • communicating about onboarding, delivery, revisions, and support;
  • processing refunds; and
  • maintaining order and service records.

Legitimate business interests

  • operating, maintaining, and improving the website and Services;
  • understanding website and customer usage;
  • preventing fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents;
  • protecting our rights, customers, systems, and third parties;
  • maintaining business records; and
  • measuring the effectiveness of non-essential analytics or advertising where permitted without consent.
  • administering and measuring disclosed Shopify affiliate referrals where permitted by law.
  • maintaining tax, accounting, transaction, and compliance records;
  • responding to lawful requests and legal process;
  • enforcing applicable terms; and
  • complying with sanctions, anti-fraud, consumer-protection, and other legal requirements.

Where consent is required, we rely on consent for activities such as:

  • sending optional marketing communications;
  • using non-essential analytics or advertising cookies; and
  • another purpose clearly explained when consent is requested.

You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before withdrawal.

6. Payments

Payment information is submitted to the payment processor offered at checkout. We receive transaction metadata needed to confirm the order, prevent fraud, provide support, and process refunds, but we do not directly receive or store full card numbers or card security codes.

Some links to Shopify are affiliate links. If you follow an affiliate link and become an eligible paying Shopify merchant, AliDropstore may receive a commission. Shopify and its affiliate-network provider may use cookies or similar technologies to attribute the referral and administer the commission.

We place a clear affiliate notice close to applicable referral links. Affiliate tracking that is not strictly necessary is subject to applicable cookie-consent requirements. Shopify and its affiliate-network provider process referral information under their own notices and program terms.

Affiliate commissions are a source of AliDropstore business revenue. They are not payments we collect from you for Shopify subscriptions, and AliDropstore does not control Shopify’s subscription checkout or payment-card processing.

8. Shopify Collaborator Access

We request only the Shopify permissions reasonably necessary to provide the purchased Services. You decide whether to approve a collaborator request and which permissions to grant. You may review or remove collaborator access from your Shopify administration.

We use authorized store access only to provide requested setup, support, troubleshooting, or revisions; maintain security; and protect legal rights. We do not use collaborator access to withdraw store funds or take ownership of your store.

We aim to remove or stop using collaborator access when it is no longer reasonably needed for the requested Services or support. You may remove access sooner, although doing so may prevent us from completing unfinished work.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential website functions, security, checkout, preferences, analytics, and—where enabled—advertising.

Where required by law, non-essential analytics and advertising technologies are disabled until you provide consent. You can reject or change non-essential cookie choices through the cookie settings available on the website. You can also control cookies through your browser, although blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the website or checkout from functioning.

10. How We Disclose Information

  • Shopify and affiliate-network providers for collaborator access, referral tracking, reporting, and commission administration;

  • Email, communications, course-delivery, and customer-support providers;
  • Analytics and advertising providers, subject to applicable consent requirements;
  • Professional advisers, such as accountants, lawyers, insurers, and auditors;
  • Contractors and service personnel who help deliver store setup or support and are subject to confidentiality or data-protection obligations;
  • Authorities, courts, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security; and
  • A buyer, successor, or transaction adviser in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising or analytics disclosures may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws even when no money is exchanged. 11. International Data Transfers

AliDrop Store LLC is registered in the United States and operated from Serbia. Our service providers and recipients may process information in the United States, Serbia, the European Economic Area, and other countries.

When required by applicable law, we use an approved transfer mechanism or other appropriate safeguard for international transfers, such as contractual protections. No transfer mechanism eliminates every risk associated with processing information in another country.

12. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining security, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and satisfying tax, accounting, and legal obligations.

Retention periods vary by record type. For example:

  • order, payment, refund, tax, and accounting records may be retained for the period required by applicable law, commonly up to seven years;
  • support and service records are retained while needed to provide support and resolve disputes;
  • marketing information is retained until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent, or the information is no longer needed; and
  • affiliate referral and commission records are retained as needed for program administration, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, and dispute resolution; and
  • Shopify access is used only while reasonably necessary for the authorized work or support, and you may remove collaborator access through Shopify.

We may retain limited records longer when required to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, prevent fraud, or comply with law.

13. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • request access to personal information we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • request deletion of certain information;
  • request restriction of processing;
  • object to certain processing based on legitimate interests;
  • receive certain information in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent;
  • opt out of marketing communications;
  • opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing where applicable; and
  • lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority.

Rights are not absolute and may be subject to legal exceptions. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Serbia, or another jurisdiction with a data-protection authority, you may also complain to the authority responsible for your location. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.

14. Marketing Communications

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting info@alidropstore.com. Even after unsubscribing from marketing, you may continue to receive non-marketing messages about an order, refund, security issue, or active service.

15. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and devices, using strong unique passwords, enabling two-factor authentication, limiting Shopify collaborator permissions, and removing access that is no longer needed.

16. Children

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 through the Services. A person purchasing the Services must be at least 18 years old.

The website may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Review those policies before providing personal information.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy
