Refund Policy

AliDrop Store LLC, operating under the AliDropstore brand, offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for eligible amounts paid directly to AliDropstore.

1. Fourteen-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after the date of purchase.

No cancellation fee, administrative fee, or $34.99 service fee is deducted from an eligible refund.

The guarantee applies whether or not you have started the training or onboarding process. Requesting a refund does not affect any additional non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email info@alidropstore.com within the 14-day period and include:

  • your full name;
  • the email address used for the purchase; and
  • your order number, receipt number, or payment transaction identifier.

Use the subject line: Refund Request – [Order Number].

You do not need to provide a reason, although optional feedback may help us improve the Services.

3. What the Refund Covers

The refund covers the amount paid directly to AliDropstore for the applicable digital training and Shopify store setup package.

It does not cover charges paid separately to third parties, including:

  • Shopify subscription or transaction fees;
  • domain-registration fees;
  • paid themes, apps, fonts, images, or licenses;
  • Stripe, card-issuer, bank, or currency-conversion fees;
  • advertising spend;
  • supplier, fulfillment, or shipping charges; or
  • any other amount not collected by AliDropstore.

4. Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible.

We normally initiate an eligible refund promptly after verifying the order. After initiation, it may take approximately 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on the payment processor, card issuer, bank, and country.

We are not responsible for processing delays caused by the payment processor or financial institution, but we will provide reasonable assistance if a refund cannot be located.

5. Requests After Fourteen Days

After the 14-day guarantee period, payments are generally non-refundable unless:

  • applicable law requires a refund or another remedy;
  • AliDropstore did not provide a material part of the purchased package and cannot cure the issue within a reasonable period; or
  • we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Contact us if you experience a technical or delivery problem. We will first try to correct the problem or provide the missing part of the purchased package.

6. Fraud, Duplicate Refunds, and Chargebacks

We may refuse or reverse a refund request that is fraudulent, duplicates a refund already issued, concerns an order not paid to AliDropstore, or is part of documented chargeback abuse. This does not limit legitimate consumer rights.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue. A chargeback does not create a right to receive a second refund for the same transaction.

7. Effect of a Refund

After a full refund:

  • your license to use paid course materials ends;
  • access to paid digital content may be disabled;
  • we may stop unfinished store setup or support work; and
  • we will stop using Shopify collaborator access for the refunded order.

You remain responsible for managing and removing collaborator access from your Shopify administration and for third-party fees incurred through your own accounts.
